CMTM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CMTM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,950 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTM3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of stress fiber assembly, Regulation of mesenchymal stem cell proliferation, and Positive regulation of mesenchymal stem cell proliferation. Each is linked with CMTM3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM3-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of stress fiber assembly grouped by CMTM3-low versus CMTM3-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
