CMTM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CMTM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10H5 and HMGB4. Each is linked with CMTM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM2-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10H5 grouped by CMTM2-low versus CMTM2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
