CMTM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMTM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, FoxM1, and MSH2. Each is linked with CMTM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTM1-to-partner and partner-to-CMTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by CMTM1-low versus CMTM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
