CMSS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CMSS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMSS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, FAM187B, and C9orf92. Each is linked with CMSS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMSS1-to-partner and partner-to-CMSS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
