CMPK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMPK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,312 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMPK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MX2, OAS2, and OAS3. Each is linked with CMPK2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMPK2-to-partner and partner-to-CMPK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CMPK2 versus MX2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
