CMPK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMPK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,379 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC15A3, STAT1, and GBP1. Each is linked with CMPK2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMPK2-to-partner and partner-to-CMPK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CMPK2 versus SLC15A3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
