CMPK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMPK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,343 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN1, PDZK1IP1, and FUT3. Each is linked with CMPK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMPK1-to-partner and partner-to-CMPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CMPK1 versus TSPAN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
