CMKLR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMKLR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,608 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMKLR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, SASH3, and ADA2. Each is linked with CMKLR1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMKLR1-to-partner and partner-to-CMKLR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CMKLR1 versus RCSD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMKLR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMKLR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
