Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CMKLR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CMKLR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSHB, AWAT2, and HTR5A. Each is linked with CMKLR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMKLR1-to-partner and partner-to-CMKLR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSHB grouped by CMKLR1-low versus CMKLR1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMKLR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMKLR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
