CMIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,905 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAPRT_S537, SLC35A1, and CLASP2_S459. Each is linked with CMIP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMIP-to-partner and partner-to-CMIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CMIP versus NAPRT_S537 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
