CMIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,092 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD7, CHMP1A, and HSBP1. Each is linked with CMIP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMIP-to-partner and partner-to-CMIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CMIP versus PSMD7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
