CMIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,084 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXXC1, SLC25A28, and PKN3. Each is linked with CMIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMIP-to-partner and partner-to-CMIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXXC1 grouped by CMIP-low versus CMIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
