Across TCGA cell cohorts, CMIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,510 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMIP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Regulation of miRNA metabolic process, and Regulation of Golgi inheritance. Each is linked with CMIP in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMIP-to-partner and partner-to-CMIP results are reported.
