CMIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CMIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are HCRT, ZNF831, and LCN9. Each is linked with CMIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMIP-to-partner and partner-to-CMIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HCRT grouped by CMIP-low versus CMIP-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
