CMC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, ACVRL1, and Ku80. Each is linked with CMC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMC1-to-partner and partner-to-CMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
