CMBL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMBL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 169 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMBL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR130A, TRAJ10, and NFYBP1. Each is linked with CMBL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMBL-to-partner and partner-to-CMBL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR130A grouped by CMBL-low versus CMBL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMBL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMBL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
