Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,796 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CMAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAA25, NOP2, and EMG1. Each is linked with CMAS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMAS-to-partner and partner-to-CMAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CMAS versus NAA25 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
