Across TCGA cell cohorts, CMAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,855 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CMAS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CMP-N-acetylneuraminate metabolic process, CMP-N-acetylneuraminate biosynthetic process, and Pentose-phosphate shunt. Each is linked with CMAS in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMAS-to-partner and partner-to-CMAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CMP-N-acetylneuraminate metabolic process grouped by CMAS-low versus CMAS-high in BREAST.
