CLVS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLVS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,799 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLVS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRH, EIF4EBP3, and ZNF334. Each is linked with CLVS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLVS2-to-partner and partner-to-CLVS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UQCRH grouped by CLVS2-low versus CLVS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLVS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLVS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
