CLVS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLVS2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,678 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLVS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC4A3, BICC1, and NGFR. Each is linked with CLVS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLVS2-to-partner and partner-to-CLVS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC4A3 grouped by CLVS2-low versus CLVS2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLVS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLVS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
