Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLUL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 369 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLUL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB9, CLIC5, and SLC2A4RG. Each is linked with CLUL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLUL1-to-partner and partner-to-CLUL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLUL1 versus ASB9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.
