CLUL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLUL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,978 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLUL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGW, NCAPG, and GPN3. Each is linked with CLUL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLUL1-to-partner and partner-to-CLUL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIGW grouped by CLUL1-low versus CLUL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLUL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLUL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
