Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLUHP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,556 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLUHP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cartilage development, Regulation of protein tyrosine kinase activity, and Positive regulation of biomineral tissue development. Each is linked with CLUHP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLUHP1-to-partner and partner-to-CLUHP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cartilage development grouped by CLUHP1-low versus CLUHP1-high in ESCA.
