Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLU RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,687 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLU-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of complement-dependent cytotoxicity, Immune complex clearance, and Regulation of activation of membrane attack complex. Each is linked with CLU in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLU-to-partner and partner-to-CLU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of complement-dependent cytotoxicity grouped by CLU-low versus CLU-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
