CLTCL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLTCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,849 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLTCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP2, FEN1, and TK1. Each is linked with CLTCL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLTCL1-to-partner and partner-to-CLTCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PARP2 grouped by CLTCL1-low versus CLTCL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLTCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLTCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
