CLTC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLTC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,156 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLTC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUFIP2, ATXN2L, and COIL. Each is linked with CLTC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLTC-to-partner and partner-to-CLTC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLTC versus NUFIP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLTC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLTC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
