CLTC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLTC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,394 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLTC-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLT1D1, VMP1, and MICU1. Each is linked with CLTC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLTC-to-partner and partner-to-CLTC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLTC versus GLT1D1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLTC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLTC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
