CLTC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLTC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,859 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLTC-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPLP1, RNU6-1069P, and MCAT. Each is linked with CLTC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLTC-to-partner and partner-to-CLTC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPLP1 grouped by CLTC-low versus CLTC-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLTC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLTC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
