CLTB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLTB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 972 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6CP12, RN7SL745P, and SPINT3. Each is linked with CLTB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLTB-to-partner and partner-to-CLTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6CP12 grouped by CLTB-low versus CLTB-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
