CLTA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLTA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLTA-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C64P, ARL2BPP7, and KRTAP9-10P. Each is linked with CLTA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLTA-to-partner and partner-to-CLTA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6C64P grouped by CLTA-low versus CLTA-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLTA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLTA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
