CLSTN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLSTN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,080 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLSTN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, PDLIM7, and VCAN. Each is linked with CLSTN2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLSTN2-to-partner and partner-to-CLSTN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLSTN2 versus PRKG1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLSTN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLSTN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
