CLSTN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLSTN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,950 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLSTN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG1, PER2, and INTS12. Each is linked with CLSTN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLSTN2-to-partner and partner-to-CLSTN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLSTN2 versus BAG1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLSTN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLSTN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
