CLSTN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLSTN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,667 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLSTN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF695, PRC1, and EME1. Each is linked with CLSTN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLSTN2-to-partner and partner-to-CLSTN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF695 grouped by CLSTN2-low versus CLSTN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLSTN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLSTN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
