The most reproducible CLSTN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-DNA complex organization, Presynaptic active zone organization, and Protein-DNA complex assembly. Each is linked with CLSTN2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLSTN2-to-partner and partner-to-CLSTN2 results are reported.
