CLRN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLRN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,311 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLRN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PBLD, CALML4, and RBM47. Each is linked with CLRN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLRN3-to-partner and partner-to-CLRN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLRN3 versus PBLD in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
