CLRN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLRN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 802 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLRN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FYTTD1P1, POLR3G, and MBTPS2. Each is linked with CLRN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLRN3-to-partner and partner-to-CLRN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLRN3 versus FYTTD1P1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
