Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,079 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL57P7, RN7SL134P, and POLI. Each is linked with CLRN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLRN2-to-partner and partner-to-CLRN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL57P7 grouped by CLRN2-low versus CLRN2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
