Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4A47, C6orf118, and GRM6. Each is linked with CLRN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLRN2-to-partner and partner-to-CLRN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4A47 grouped by CLRN2-low versus CLRN2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
