CLRN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 758 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDM4C, ELN, and RAB40AL. Each is linked with CLRN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLRN2-to-partner and partner-to-CLRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KDM4C grouped by CLRN2-low versus CLRN2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
