CLPX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,391 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC17, UNC45A, and PYCR2. Each is linked with CLPX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPX-to-partner and partner-to-CLPX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLPX versus DNAJC17 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
