CLPX

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,074 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPX-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC5, IRAG1, and CPED1. Each is linked with CLPX in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPX-to-partner and partner-to-CLPX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLPX versus PABPC5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
