CLPX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 726 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPX-associated genes across cancer lineages are WBP1LP7, LYNX1, and AEN. Each is linked with CLPX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPX-to-partner and partner-to-CLPX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WBP1LP7 grouped by CLPX-low versus CLPX-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
