Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPTM1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,006 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLPTM1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OTULIN, TRIP13, and NSUN2. Each is linked with CLPTM1L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPTM1L-to-partner and partner-to-CLPTM1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLPTM1L versus OTULIN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLPTM1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLPTM1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
