Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPTM1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,300 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPTM1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RARG, SUB1, and TARS1. Each is linked with CLPTM1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPTM1L-to-partner and partner-to-CLPTM1L results are reported.
