CLPS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,321 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POU2F1, PRRC2A, and SRCIN1. Each is linked with CLPS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPS-to-partner and partner-to-CLPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLPS versus POU2F1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
