Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,419 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPHS1, CENPM, and RSPH6A. Each is linked with CLPS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPS-to-partner and partner-to-CLPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLPS versus NPHS1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
