Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNPO3P1, MIR6771, and NAPGP2. Each is linked with CLPS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPS-to-partner and partner-to-CLPS results are reported.
