Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLPS RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED13, EPRS1, and ATP13A5. Each is linked with CLPS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPS-to-partner and partner-to-CLPS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED13 grouped by CLPS-low versus CLPS-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
