CLPB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,869 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSE1L, SMARCAD1, and HAX1. Each is linked with CLPB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPB-to-partner and partner-to-CLPB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLPB versus CSE1L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
