CLPB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLPB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,718 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, SRPX, and PODN. Each is linked with CLPB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPB-to-partner and partner-to-CLPB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLPB versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
